An on-going, introductory class for men and women with Cara-Michele Nether. Aikido is a dynamic, peaceful martial art that cultivates power, grace, flexibility, and total fitness. It encourages compassion in our interaction with others. The meditative aspect of aikido helps you to increase your vitality and focus. Classes will meet on Tuesday evenings from 8:00 pm-9:00 pm beginning on August 6th. This course is geared towards first day beginners, no uniform or registration fee is required. Students will be supported as they progress through the basic Aikido techniques, including warm-up exercises and partner work. The cost for this series can be applied to your 4 month package.
